Mathnk may collect student or parent name, email, phone number, role, age, grade or level, subject interest, preferred schedule, and learning goals.
When students use the workspace, Mathnk may store practice attempts, class attendance, teacher notes, engagement reports, recordings, and progress signals.
How Information Is Used
Mathnk uses profile, class, and learning information to schedule free intake, support tutoring, personalize practice, communicate with families, and help teachers prepare.
Parent and admin dashboards may show relevant student progress, attendance, class notes, support needs, and enrollment status.
Consent and Communication
Service-related messages may be sent for verification, scheduling, class reminders, trial follow-up, billing readiness, and account support.
Marketing and partner communications should require separate optional consent and can be withdrawn.
Recordings and Workspace Data
Class recordings may be made available to enrolled students when recordings are enabled and appropriate for that class.
Access to recordings, notes, and workspace information should be limited to authorized students, parents or guardians, teachers, and administrators.
