Students and families agree to use Mathnk for learning, tutoring, practice, scheduling, and related communication only.

Account access may be limited, paused, or removed if the workspace, live class, or communication tools are misused.

Students are expected to attend prepared, participate respectfully, and follow Mathnk classroom standards.

Teachers or administrators may document attendance, participation, support needs, or conduct concerns for follow-up with families.

Free assessments or short intake classes do not create a paid enrollment by themselves. Paid tutoring, subject packages, or additional services require confirmed enrollment terms.

Package pricing, tutoring hours, schedules, and payment timing may vary based on the selected subject, grade, session type, and support plan.

Families may cancel future billing. Mathnk also offers a 30-day learning confidence guarantee for the first paid package, where refund or credit requests submitted within the first 30 days are reviewed by Mathnk.

Approved refunds or credits may depend on attendance, delivered tutoring hours, payment provider timelines, and the specific enrollment record.

The Mathnk workspace may include AI-supported hints, practice problems, recordings, teacher notes, progress information, and class resources.

AI-supported tools are learning aids and do not replace teacher judgment, parent involvement, or student effort.
